His notable deals included selling the largest penthouse in Tribeca, several highest price per square foot sales across Manhattan in both residential and commercial and the largest commercial leasing deal for Elliman.
In 2019 Len started his own company, Balen Real Estate with the vision to market like a billion-dollar company, service clients like they are family, and guide his agents to their full potential. He is supported by a superstar team working as a cohesive unit. The results, within 3 years of Balen he has achieved a 600% growth of earnings. He is the exclusive sales and rental agent for several buildings across Manhattan totaling over 400 units. He successfully sold the remaining sponsor units of a Chelsea Co-op for the highest price per square foot in downtown Manhattan.

Originally from Montreal and Toronto, Renat completed her graduate studies at McGill University in the field of Education and speaks French and Hebrew. As an experienced educator who’s taught students from all over the world, Renat honed her innately empathetic and perceptive nature. She brings the value of hard work, integrity, and loyalty to her daily work ethic. Her experience in Real Estate began years before joining Balen, as she and her family own investment and rental properties in the US and Canada. Living on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, Renat is fascinated with art, and cherishes spending time with family. Jillian is a recent cum laude graduate of San Diego State University’s Fowler College of Business. She is a detail-oriented operations manager with dual real estate salespersons licenses in New Jersey and New York State. Jillian was raised in New Jersey and now is living full-time in New York City. At Balen Real Estate, Jillian manages all day-to-day operations of the business and works alongside of the CEO Leonard Bromberg. Jillian previously worked for PRE-Commercial in Newark, NJ where she assisted on over $20 million worth of multifamily, industrial, and land development deals.
Ariel Chen is a highly–skilled and experienced creative professional. She has a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Photography, and boasts a wide variety of skills and expertise, including web design, graphic design, video editing, illustration, social media, creative writing, and photography. She is well–versed in the full Adobe Suite, as well as WordPress, Canva and is passionate about creating beautiful, engaging, and effective designs for her clients. Caite plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our team functions seamlessly allowing everyone to focus on their core responsibilities. With Caite at the helm of organizational tasks, our team can devote their full attention to what they do best. Caite graduated from St. Catherine University in St. Paul Minnesota with a dual degree of Economics and International Relations and started a career as a Business Analyst for a consulting firm in Chicago. A few years later, Caite made the move to New York City and is loving living in this exciting and creative city.
